I'M KERRY
I am a qualified baker and pastry cook & I own a bakery with my hubby Nick, we have a daughter - Jacinta who loves visiting and loves to "help" in the bakery.
I was looking for a playgroup or a course for kids to help her enjoy her interest in baking, which I couldn't find.
As I am qualified in baking and have a training and assessment certificate in adult education.
I thought I could develop some lessons which take the kids through the whole process of learning about the ingredients, shopping, and costs of food. All the aspects of baking from learning the ingredients, to weighing and baking.
Which lead me to my idea of creating the Kids Bake Club.
